Description

  • Handle Zendesk tickets from patients about appointments, issues, and missing results.
  • Make outbound calls and send follow-up emails to resolve patient concerns.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients via phone, text, email, and chat.
  • Coordinate with doctors and physicians to retrieve lab orders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve patient issues in a timely and positive manner.
  • Coordinate with local city teams supporting mobile specialists and provide ongoing patient updates.
  • Maintain high-volume ticket handling while delivering high-quality work.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience, with medical experience required.
  • Experience processing or reading lab orders.
  • Ability to maintain a minimum of 12 tickets per hour with high-quality work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a rapid-growth environment.
  • Tech-savvy, efficient, and self-motivated.
  • Empathetic, proactive, and comfortable helping people resolve issues.
  • Personable and comfortable speaking with others via phone, text, email, and chat.
  • Must have a quiet place to work and reliable internet for remote work.
  • Availability for the stated schedule, including training Monday through Friday for the first 2-3 weeks.
