Description

  • Deliver vehicles directly to customers using Carvana's custom car haulers.
  • Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the car-hauler and vehicles for safety.
  • Complete customer paperwork and add detailed notes in the customer tracking system.
  • Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in line with Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • Provide a positive customer experience during vehicle delivery and related interactions.
  • Support local community engagement as part of the customer advocate role.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
  • Ability to obtain a Notary in the local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment, with company sponsorship.
  • Must be able to satisfy state-specific requirements for access to DMV/title and registration systems.
  • Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri candidates must obtain a Chauffeur's license or other state specialty license within the first two weeks of employment.
  • California candidates must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work in indoor and outdoor conditions, including inclement or extreme weather.
  • Ability to stand and stay physically active for 8+ hours, and to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity for frequent driving.
  • Commercial license is not required to drive the hauler.
  • Candidates must be able to work 11am - 9pm, 7 days a week, with rotating days off.
