Description

  • Support HubSpot customers through phone, live chat, and web tickets to resolve product-related inquiries.
  • Apply business judgment to customer situations to identify challenges and opportunities proactively.
  • Remove technical barriers for customers and help them navigate HubSpot tools and products.
  • Use support resources and tools independently to interpret new and technical information.
  • Apply troubleshooting frameworks to test, recreate, and investigate technical issues.
  • Diagnose software problems and contribute to improving the product experience for customers.
  • Communicate thoughtful, empathetic, and complete resolutions tailored to each customer.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deepen customer engagement and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Take ownership of complex and sensitive issues while serving as a trusted advisor on the team.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and French, written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical troubleshooting, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong customer-first mindset with a focus on adding long-term value.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, collaborative environment and with ambiguity.
  • Open to regular feedback and coaching to support learning and growth.
  • Ability to use documented knowledge to troubleshoot, resolve, and guide technical queries.
  • Interest in building technical skills and developing in-depth product knowledge.
  • Alignment with HubSpot's HEART values and company culture.
