Description

Collaborate with Producers and Account Managers to review and process implementation data such as eligible hours and census information.
Assist with vendor implementation tasks, including file creation, folder setup, and internal reporting according to departmental guidelines.
Conduct post-implementation follow-ups and testing to verify accurate setup of all coverage lines.
Follow internal process checklists and complete recurring tasks within established timeframes.
Communicate with Account Managers regarding data processing needs, requesting hours, missing census information, and clarifications as needed.
Perform data audits to identify and report inconsistencies and data quality issues.
Manage internal data processing tasks including hours reporting, bill creation, BSRs, invoices, and eligibility files.
Maintain accurate payment sheets and payment reports and assist with client-specific reporting and analytical requests.

Requirements

Must be a resident of Florida and available to work remotely within Florida.
Available to work standard business hours (Day Shift required).
Long-term temporary employment (temporary role).
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, IF formulas, Remove Duplicates, Text to Columns, Pivot Tables, formulas, and data validation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and collaborating virtually with a team.
Experience with data management, reporting, or implementation processes (preferred).
