Description

  • Own and exceed a personal quota of $1M in new ARR annually.
  • Lead renewals and upsells in the territory with a focus on 101% net revenue retention.
  • Manage the full sales cycle independently from lead qualification through contracting and handoff.
  • Source outbound opportunities and develop pipeline through research, outreach, in-person meetings, and creative prospecting strategies.
  • Run discovery, demo, proposal, and ROI-based business case processes to build buyer alignment.
  • Navigate procurement, compliance, security, and legal workflows with minimal support.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity records, activity tracking, forecasting, and subsidy allocation in HubSpot.
  • Prepare weekly forecasts, pacing analysis, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Implementation, and RevOps to improve collateral, tooling, training, and cross-functional execution.
  • Represent CareMessage at regional conferences, webinars, PCA/HCCN events, and other external forums.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales and account management experience, including 3+ years in healthcare or public health.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding $800K+ quotas annually.
  • Experience closing complex deals in the $50K–$250K ARR range.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Deep familiarity with FQHCs, Tribal Health organizations, or free/charitable clinics and their organizational structures.
  • Ability to tailor messaging to clinical, executive, and technical stakeholders with strong discovery, demo, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to documentation and internal reporting.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or a similar CRM, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Passion for advancing health equity and working with mission-driven organizations.
  • Preferred: familiarity with EMRs and clinical workflows such as Epic, OCHIN, or NextGen.
  • Preferred: experience working with PCA/HCCN networks or community health partners.
  • Preferred: fluency in technical sales concepts including integrations, data flows, and health IT terminology.
  • Preferred: experience gathering and sharing customer success stories or testimonials.

  • $200,000 annual compensation package.
  • $120,000 base salary with an $80,000 variable component tied to a $1M+ annual quota.
  • Additional performance-based pay tied to achievement of NRR targets.
