Description

  • Drive and manage studies or projects according to scope of work, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Support development of trial strategy and implementation plans aligned with protocol and schedule.
  • Monitor project status, milestones, and timetables to ensure successful completion.
  • Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation plans in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Serve as the principal liaison between sponsors and Care Access, facilitating information flow and timely updates.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors involved in trial delivery.
  • Hold teams accountable for delivery and lead them in their respective workstreams.
  • Work with management to develop project implementation guidelines using Care Access tools.
  • Identify reporting and analytics needs to support data-driven decision-making and track project performance.
  • Plan, schedule, and lead project meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in the clinical trial or pharmaceutical industry is required.
  • 2-3+ years of project management experience, including client management, is required.
  • Clinical trial experience is required; decentralized clinical trial experience is preferred.
  • Site experience, preferably in a site network, is preferred.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Experience with strategy consulting is preferred.
  • Experience overseeing external vendors, such as an e-consent vendor, is required or strongly preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with and leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
  • Experience managing multiple projects across various therapeutic areas and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and adapt priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
  • Ability to mentor junior team members.
  • Remote work must be performed from within the United States, with less than 25% national travel required.

  • Expected salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 USD per year for full-time employees.
