Description

  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent AI production projects across client portfolios and markets.
  • Support projects from initial brief, scoping and feasibility through pre-production, production, review, delivery and final asset handover.
  • Translate client and internal requirements into production plans, schedules, milestones and delivery actions.
  • Own day-to-day production progress, priorities, dependencies and risks across assigned projects.
  • Ensure deliverables meet agreed scope, quality, governance and delivery expectations.
  • Identify risks early and escalate blockers, scope changes and delivery issues to stakeholders.
  • Operate within established production workflows, systems, templates and governance processes.
  • Prepare and maintain production schedules, task plans, review milestones and delivery trackers.
  • Coordinate with creative, AI production, post-production, operations, finance and client-facing teams.
  • Support budgets, estimates, cost trackers, spend, resourcing and invoicing processes.
  • Work hands-on to unblock teams and support production admin, documentation, scheduling and asset tracking as needed.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in broadcast production, integrated production, content production or creative operations.
  • Experience managing multiple fast-moving projects at the same time.
  • Proven ability to scope briefs, build production plans, manage schedules and coordinate delivery through to final assets.
  • Strong understanding of broadcast commercial AI-enabled production, digital production, post-production or emerging content production workflows.
  • Experience managing budgets, estimates, timings, production resources and delivery requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, client-facing communication and production leadership skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working across global teams and multiple time zones.
  • Confident operating within established workflows, tools and governance processes.
  • Experience working with AI-enabled creative or broadcast production workflows is preferred.
  • Understanding of generative AI tools, AI artists’ workflows and emerging content technologies is preferred.
  • Experience in agency, production company or in-house creative environments is preferred.
  • Experience delivering high-volume, multi-market or global content programmes is preferred.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to support project profitability is preferred.
