Description

  • Build relationships with existing and new customers through outside sales meetings and calls.
  • Provide application engineering and design support for a wide range of ventilation applications.
  • Support inside sales, quoting, submittals, and bid preparation.
  • Manage installations in progress, including schedules and plans to ensure equipment arrives on site when needed.
  • Deliver service and technical support for existing equipment.
  • Work directly with engineers, contractors, end users, and food service dealers.
  • Lead presentations, product demos, meetings, and conference calls to educate and promote CaptiveAire products.
  • Research and develop new business opportunities with both new and existing users.
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting and job site support as needed.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes and the customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience.
  • 4-year technical degree in mechanical, electrical, construction, or a science-oriented curriculum preferred.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Excellent computer, organizational, and communication/presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a passion for continuous learning.
  • Strong desire to interface with customers.
  • Ability to embrace new technologies and apply business savvy.
  • Aggressive, self-driven mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Willingness to travel for various training opportunities.
  • FE Exam completion within 6 months of employment for engineering graduates, if not already completed.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no current or future sponsorship available.
