Description

  • Build relationships with existing and prospective customers through outside sales meetings and calls.
  • Provide application engineering and design support for a wide range of ventilation applications.
  • Manage installations in progress, including schedules and plans to keep projects on track.
  • Deliver service and technical support for existing equipment and troubleshoot issues on job sites or remotely.
  • Work directly with engineers, contractors, end users, and food service dealers.
  • Prepare and support quotes, submittals, presentations, product demonstrations, and technical product support.
  • Develop new business opportunities with both new and existing users.
  • Educate and promote CaptiveAire products in the market.
  • Support customer service by helping contractors with wiring and assisting end users as needed.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes and the customer experience.

Requirements

  • 0-5 years of experience.
  • A 4-year technical degree in mechanical, electrical, construction, or a science-oriented field is preferred.
  • Excellent computer, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a passion for continuous learning.
  • Strong desire to interact directly with customers.
  • Willingness to embrace new technologies and demonstrate business acumen.
  • An aggressive, self-motivated attitude with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Willingness to travel for various training opportunities.
  • Must be a self-starter and "go getter."
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require current or future visa sponsorship.
