Description

  • Provide integrated application engineering and design support for a wide range of ventilation applications.
  • Work directly with engineers, contractors, end users, and food service dealers.
  • Handle daily inside sales support, application engineering, and outside sales activities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, quotes, submittals, and product demonstrations.
  • Provide technical product support, job site visits, and hands-on troubleshooting as needed.
  • Build relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
  • Educate and promote CaptiveAire products through meetings, conference calls, and presentations.
  • Manage installations in progress, including schedules and coordination to ensure equipment arrives when needed.
  • Support end users and contractors with service, technical support, and remote troubleshooting.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes and the customer experience.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience.
  • 4-year technical degree in mechanical, electrical, construction, or science-oriented curriculum preferred.
  • Excellent computer, organizational, and communication/presentation skills.
  • Problem-solving ability with a passion for continuous learning.
  • Strong desire to interface with customers.
  • Comfort with new technologies and business development.
  • Passion for work with an aggressive, results-driven nature.
  • Willingness to travel for various training opportunities.
  • FE exam completion within 6 months of employment for engineering graduates, if not already completed.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
