Description

  • Commission new ventilation and HVAC equipment at various job sites.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace existing commercial HVAC and ventilation systems.
  • Develop and maintain service schedules for assigned work.
  • Prepare and submit job reports and invoices on a daily basis.
  • Work with customers and collaborate across departments to complete service work.
  • Perform field service work in outside conditions, tight spaces, and on roofs using ladders.
  • Participate in formal training and mentorship to build product knowledge and technical skills.
  • Maintain safe work practices and use required equipment while performing service tasks.

Requirements

  • HVAC or HVAC/R skill set is desired.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems.
  • Ability to read commercial wiring schematics.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds independently.
  • Ability to use power tools and hand tools.
  • Must be safety-minded.
  • Ability to work in outside conditions, tight spaces, and use ladders for roof access.
  • Willingness to travel for various training opportunities.
  • Passion for work and a strong drive to succeed.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require current or future sponsorship.
