Description

  • Create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that improve user engagement.
  • Use customer insights and research to ensure user needs shape design decisions.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to turn ideas into working solutions.
  • Work with researchers to gather feedback and drive usability improvements.
  • Develop interactive prototypes to test and communicate design concepts.
  • Define and maintain design guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
  • Lead design initiatives while managing multiple priorities and timelines.
  • Design user journeys that simplify complex tasks into clear, enjoyable experiences.
  • Improve product performance after launch through continuous, user-centered enhancements.
  • Help maintain, evolve, and improve the design system and use it to support consistency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing complex commercial applications.
  • A portfolio that showcases strong design work.
  • Experience designing for SaaS products.
  • Strong Figma expertise and knowledge of components and design systems.
  • Experience working with and evolving design systems across iOS, Android, and responsive web.
  • Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and strategically.
  • Understanding of the technical impact of design choices.
  • Self-directed with the ability to own the design process.
  • Strong UX focus and deep understanding of human behavior.
  • Clean, refined visual design sense.
  • Ability to solve problems and thrive on challenge.
  • Continuous learner with a desire to grow personally and with the team.
  • Proactive, confident, and effective communicator who can present work to diverse stakeholders.
