Description

  • Identify, investigate, and triage technical issues within the JUDI technology stack.
  • Perform root cause analysis using logs, database queries, and system monitoring data.
  • Monitor system logs and dashboards to validate functionality, spot bottlenecks, and detect anomalies.
  • Write SQL queries to analyze data discrepancies, trends, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Support AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS in collaboration with engineering.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable test requirements and test plans.
  • Conduct QA activities including ticket review, refinement, testing, and bug identification.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog management, and roadmap support.
  • Assist with UAT testing, stakeholder communication, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and report noncompliance as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a QA Analyst, Software Engineer, Business Analyst, or related role.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Strong SQL experience; familiarity with SQLAlchemy is preferred.
  • Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, or New Relic.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and workflows.
  • Experience with GitHub or similar source control repositories.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and QA principles.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation is preferred.
  • Knowledge of API testing methodologies is preferred.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts is preferred.
  • Experience in the PBM space is preferred.
