Description

  • Collect pharmaceutical market price data across reimbursement and distribution channels, including insurance reimbursement, direct-to-patient, and direct-to-employer models.
  • Compare market pricing against Judi Health’s contracted pharmaceutical rates and help communicate pricing variability to leadership.
  • Identify and investigate pricing improvement opportunities for client plans and members.
  • Design and implement integrated pricing variability reports that can be used across teams and incorporated into operational workflows.
  • Partner with Analytics, Legal, Network Management, Audit, and other teams to scope and support pricing-related initiatives.
  • Use industry news and Legal guidance to help stakeholders understand fiduciary duty and compliance expectations.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by producing reporting that is usable across functions and levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience with significant data analytics responsibilities relevant to pharmaceutical pricing.
  • Experience in a health plan, PBM, value-based care, managed care, consulting, advisory, or tech enablement environment focused on those areas.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with minimal direction.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with data reporting tools, data analysis, and interpreting reports and visualizations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or other programming languages relevant to data analytics.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred, such as Management, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Health Policy, or Data Science.
  • Experience with prescription drug channels and payment workflows, including pharmacy reimbursement, rebate administration, GPO relations, and regulatory requirements, preferred.
  • Experience with health insurance or health benefits administration, especially pharmacy benefits, preferred.
  • Experience producing reporting that supports data-driven decisions across stakeholders and functions, preferred.
  • Ability to think strategically, identify inefficiencies, and improve processes through automation and redesign, preferred.
  • Highly detail-oriented and analytical, preferred.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for internal, client, and vendor/partner meetings, preferred.

Benefits

  • Remote, US salary range of $62,400 to $98,500 USD.
  • New York, NY salary range of $78,800 to $98,500 USD.
  • Denver, CO salary range of $72,000 to $90,000 USD.
