Description

  • Own overall satisfaction and retention for a book of large enterprise employer commercial clients.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned accounts, including engagement with C-suite stakeholders, influencers, and decision makers.
  • Develop account strategy plans with support from clinical account consultants and account managers.
  • Support member and client satisfaction goals, including net promoter score objectives.
  • Provide plan recommendations backed by reporting and input from internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of contractual obligations, including financials, performance guarantees, terms, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
  • Lead client vendor relationship management, renewal processes, and contract management.
  • Own performance guarantee reporting and maintenance.
  • Lead regulatory and compliance activities for assigned accounts.
  • Interpret pharmacy and healthcare trends and meet with clients to provide proactive recommendations and tailored solutions.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities across Capital Rx.
  • Assemble internal resources to resolve client challenges and overcome obstacles.
  • Anticipate customer needs and identify new opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Review the JUDI product roadmap to ensure priorities and milestones align with client expectations.

Requirements

  • Must reside in the Pacific Standard or Mountain Standard time zones.
  • 5+ years of experience in the pharmacy benefits management industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree, or relevant professional experience in health administration, business, or a related field.
  • Exceptional business acumen.
  • Strong client de-escalation, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
  • Financial and statistical reporting knowledge and experience.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and act diplomatically.
  • Progressive staff management experience.
  • Ability to independently identify, research, and resolve issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of an organization.
  • Experience facilitating conflict resolution between parties.
  • Strategic, operational, implementation-oriented, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with peers and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related software programs.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% during peak periods.

Benefits

  • Remote, US base salary range of $129,600 to $204,500.
  • Denver, CO base salary range of $150,000 to $187,500.
