Description

  • Lead and support medium- to large-scale strategic and operational initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder responsibilities across concurrent projects.
  • Partner with Project Managers, IT, Workforce, and cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives successfully.
  • Facilitate meetings with executive sponsors, business leaders, and delivery teams, tracking actions and follow-up.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and communications.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, analyze business needs, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Support change management through stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, readiness planning, communications, and implementation.
  • Explore and support integration of AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, into operational workflows.
  • Identify and escalate issues, risks, and dependencies proactively.
  • Share best practices and connect business stakeholders with delivery teams to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 7–9 years of total professional experience required; 9+ years preferred.
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in project management, change management, strategic support, business operations, or a related area; 7–9 years preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, risks, and dependencies.
  • Advanced stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
  • Strong meeting facilitation and presentation skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and drive initiatives without direct authority.
  • Experience supporting process improvement and organizational change initiatives.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Fluent English; familiarity with AI productivity tools, particularly Microsoft Copilot, is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; no specific degree required.
