Description

  • Support daily treasury operations and assist with other treasury activities.
  • Prepare the daily cash position and monitor bank files and jobs.
  • Complete statutory deposit replacements to meet state insurance compliance requirements.
  • Perform periodic statutory deposit reconciliations between custodians and back-office investment accounting, and resolve open items.
  • Identify and recover income received by custodians.
  • Prepare statutory deposit reporting to satisfy regulatory, audit, and financial requirements.
  • Download, process, and analyze bank fee invoices.
  • Administer treasury mail and email inboxes.
  • Maintain bank portals, including user and entitlement administration.

Requirements

  • Experience understanding complex financial transactions at an intermediate level.
  • Knowledge of the banking industry and bank products at an intermediate level.
  • Ability to apply finance and treasury principles at an intermediate level.
  • Financial accounting knowledge at an entry level.
  • 4-6 years of experience with Microsoft Office suite.
  • 4-6 years of experience with Excel.
  • 1-3 years of experience with Power BI.
  • 1-3 years of experience with banking portals.
  • Strong email and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
