Description

  • Direct the development and implementation of advanced modeling techniques to optimize finance strategies and support profitable revenue growth.
  • Lead technical analysis of market intelligence, predictive modeling, and pricing assumptions.
  • Establish analytics philosophies that align with financial objectives and track progress toward targets.
  • Adjust finance strategies based on performance metrics and market demands.
  • Provide insights for annual financial plans, including rate activity, policies in force, revenue growth, and loss trends.
  • Oversee financial projections and scenario analyses to support strategic planning and risk assessment.
  • Develop customer behavior segmentation and targeting strategies using predictive modeling to improve marketing decisions and revenue.
  • Guide product development using advanced modeling and actuarial analysis to inform product innovation and market alignment.
  • Establish data-driven strategies to improve customer retention, loyalty, and long-term engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics for direct marketing and media investments to balance profitability, customer engagement, and competitive positioning.
  • Build team capabilities in data analytics, predictive modeling, and actuarial analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Full English fluency.
  • Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, data science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is desirable.
  • Insurance and pricing experience is required.
  • Experience with Python, SQL, R, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong predictive analysis, modeling, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work hands-on, proactively, and with an innovation-driven mindset.
  • Ability to lead in ambiguity.
  • Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for nontechnical audiences.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • AI knowledge, including automation, LLMs, Copilot, and Claude, is a plus.
  • Fellowship designation from a recognized actuarial organization, such as FCAS or an equivalent local credential, is required.
