Description

  • Collect and organize complaint, policy, billing, and related business information for internal and external reporting.
  • Coordinate with Product, Billing, Claims, Service, I/T, and other partners to gather documentation and route inquiries.
  • Perform data uploads to state regulatory portals and support timely regulatory reporting.
  • Maintain complaint file tracking, work assignment queues, portal records, data dictionary fields, and related metadata updates.
  • Review assigned information for completeness, consistency, and obvious data issues, and escalate discrepancies or non-routine questions.
  • Research and evaluate policy processing transactions to help resolve complaints.
  • Assist in developing plans to address complaint trends and participate in team sessions to discuss trends.
  • Support Regulatory Affairs Specialists with data calls, premium surveys, market conduct exams, and investigations.

Requirements

  • Experience providing routine data collection, preparation, and administrative support in a regulatory or complaint-response environment.
  • Ability to use established procedures, templates, and controls for reporting and documentation.
  • Experience with data uploads to state regulatory portals or similar systems.
  • Strong attention to completeness, consistency, and data quality.
  • Ability to escalate complex issues to specialists or management.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple internal business partners.
  • Experience preparing standard and limited ad hoc reports.
  • Familiarity with complaint tracking, regulatory reporting, market conduct exams, premium surveys, or investigations is preferred.
