Description

  • Coordinate projects and business initiatives from intake through execution and deployment.
  • Support project planning, prioritization, and alignment with business objectives and operational impact.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, staffing plans, and status reports.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities with Operations, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and other business partners.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
  • Prepare executive-ready project updates, presentations, and reporting materials.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with PMO standards, governance, and established processes.
  • Support change management activities, including communication planning, training coordination, and adoption tracking.
  • Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and operational KPIs.
  • Identify risks, drive issue resolution proactively, and escalate concerns when appropriate.
  • Maintain project documentation, action logs, meeting minutes, change requests, and risk registers.
  • Support post-implementation reviews and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
  • Assist Program Managers with coordinating multiple projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Requirements

  • Years of experience in project coordination, project management, program management, or business operations.
  • Experience supporting multiple cross-functional projects in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, reporting, and project governance principles.
  • Experience coordinating stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Compliance, Legal, and business teams.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to risk management.
  • Experience supporting change management and business transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies is preferred.
