Description

  • Own and execute community programs end-to-end, from launch through ongoing participation.
  • Coordinate logistics, communications, participation, follow-up, and reporting for programs.
  • Monitor program performance and recommend improvements based on member feedback and participation trends.
  • Launch and facilitate new Squads through their first 3-6 meetings to establish structure and momentum.
  • Support Squad members, troubleshoot challenges, and strengthen participation and accountability.
  • Develop future Squad moderators who can sustain group momentum independently.
  • Build relationships with members and connect them to relevant programs, events, introductions, and opportunities.
  • Run targeted outreach and follow-up campaigns to increase participation and engagement.
  • Identify members who may need additional support and escalate important opportunities or concerns to the Community Manager.
  • Gather member feedback, track engagement outcomes, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with Community and Operations teams to improve workflows.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly across a wide range of personalities.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and able to identify and act on priorities without waiting for direction.
  • Comfort facilitating group dynamics and leading conversations with structure and accountability.
  • Strong intuition about people and community health, including spotting disengagement, conflict, or group dysfunction early.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented enough to manage multiple member relationships and Squad groups simultaneously.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort engaging with founders and operators as peers.
  • Valid US Visa required at the time of offer, with occasional travel to US-based MDS events and gatherings.
  • Experience in communities, masterminds, coaching groups, founder ecosystems, startups, or similar environments involving engagement or program execution.
  • Background in community management, member success, or customer success in a membership, subscription, or high-touch B2B environment, preferred.
  • Experience facilitating small-group programs such as masterminds, cohorts, accountability groups, or Squads from launch through self-sufficiency, preferred.
  • Familiarity with the ecommerce, Amazon seller, or DTC founder world, preferred.
  • Experience using community platforms, CRM tools, or engagement tracking systems such as Airtable, ClickUp, Circle, or Slack, preferred.
  • Comfort with data and the ability to interpret engagement metrics and turn them into actionable recommendations, preferred.
