Description

  • Manage and optimize strategies to bring customers back and improve customer retention.
  • Support prospects through the sales funnel and help drive repeat business.
  • Develop business segment, function, and process knowledge to inform analytical solutions.
  • Collaborate on planning, development, testing, implementation, and monitoring of predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions.
  • Provide analytic and operational support for user-centered advanced analytics initiatives.
  • Support market and competitive intelligence efforts to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Execute project plans or agile user stories on time and communicate solution status to stakeholders.
  • Support business objectives related to acquisition, retention, cross-selling, profitability, and agency development.
  • Assist with advanced analytics projects and strategic planning efforts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and able to work with a U.S.-based team.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, statistics, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business research, analytics, or a related field.
  • Insurance industry experience preferred.
  • Experience analyzing A/B tests, multivariate tests, knockout rates, drop-off rates, and other consumer or performance KPIs.
  • Experience with project management and execution of strategic roadmaps.
  • Experience documenting workflow changes.
  • Knowledge of competitive intelligence and market research methods.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Understanding of Segment (CDP), Snowflake, and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of over-time trends performance and marketing analytics.
