Description

  • Lead technical delivery across Angular-based web applications, Java backend services, API integrations, and digital application implementation.
  • Own architecture and technical design for new initiatives and enhancements.
  • Create proof of concepts and guide solution approaches for complex problems.
  • Review designs and code while providing technical guidance and mentoring to teams.
  • Collaborate with architects, product teams, frontend teams, and external teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Analyze complex business and user requirements and develop innovative software solutions.
  • Participate in product development from detailed programming through high-level system design.
  • Enforce engineering quality, best practices, and code standards.
  • Support production issue analysis and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Estimate features and epics, support pre-grooming, and help ensure delivery within budget.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a fullstack engineer with Java (Spring Boot) and JavaScript (Angular).
  • 1+ years of experience managing teams and leading team members.
  • Experience working on the frontend with Angular and TypeScript.
  • Experience working on the backend with Java.
  • Experience with microservices architecture, software design patterns, and RESTful API development.
  • Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology.
  • Understanding of Node.js backend frameworks is a plus.
  • Certifications are a plus.
