Description

  • Provide Salesforce administration, development, requirements gathering, testing, and ongoing maintenance support.
  • Maintain Salesforce data accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Facilitate business admin processes for bringing external data into Salesforce.
  • Develop Salesforce reports and dashboards for team members and leadership to support sales execution.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders across IA Distribution and the broader enterprise.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into technical requirements and admin-facilitated solutions.
  • Communicate project goals clearly with business and IT partners to ensure alignment.
  • Identify system gaps and process improvements and recommend enhancements to Salesforce functionality and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience in Salesforce, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Advanced or fluent English.
  • Experience with Agile processes and Salesforce administration/development.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience supporting reporting, dashboards, and system integrations.
  • Ability to work across business and technical environments and translate requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
