Description

  • Apply analytics and modeling techniques to improve business results.
  • Use customer information and behavioral data to support strategic business decisions.
  • Work with analytics, IT, and other teams to deploy models and rules.
  • Execute routine and low-complexity data science assignments within required timelines.
  • Learn business operations and data science best practices with guidance from senior team members.
  • Contribute to presentations and help communicate technical material to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support data extraction, data manipulation, and data design for statistical, modeling, and monitoring needs.
  • Perform basic to intermediate model deployments using established MLOps techniques.
  • Use programming, ETL, and modeling methods to complete projects.
  • Work with consumer analytics concepts such as retention models, agency economics, and lead optimization.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience working in a data environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis and manipulation.
  • Understanding of statistics as applied to modeling.
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Demonstrated written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated time management and priority-setting skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
  • Basic to intermediate experience with model deployment using established MLOps techniques.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience working with large-scale structured and unstructured multidimensional data.
  • Nice-to-have: Basic proficiency in predictive and prescriptive modeling using advanced machine learning and deep learning techniques.
  • Nice-to-have: Conceptual knowledge of ML/AI model deployment best practices.
  • Nice-to-have: Conceptual knowledge of coding standards and version control (Git).
