Description

  • Build scalable data pipelines using modern ELT tools and frameworks such as DBT.
  • Automate data ingestion from databases, APIs, and third-party services.
  • Design and implement data warehousing solutions, including Snowflake.
  • Optimize storage solutions for performance, cost efficiency, and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain logical and physical data models for analytics.
  • Create and manage dimensional models, star schemas, and snowflake schemas.
  • Transform raw data into clean, organized, analytics-ready datasets using SQL, Python, or similar languages.
  • Implement data cleansing, normalization, and enrichment workflows.
  • Gather requirements from analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and act as a liaison between technical and business teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Experience working with SQL and Python.
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI, including Power Query and DAX.
  • 4+ years of experience with pipeline automation tools; Fivetran is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of DBT or other ELT frameworks/tools such as Apache Airflow.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric is preferred.
  • Experience in Insurance or Financial Services is preferred.
