Description

  • Lead, develop, and nurture client partnering relationships to support future opportunities.
  • Maintain positive client relations and communicate design, construction, and project issues clearly.
  • Establish shared expectations with clients early in engagements and align stakeholders on decisions and timing.
  • Manage client and internal communication, including written project documentation, meetings, and presentations.
  • Ensure contractual obligations are understood and met, including scope, approvals, and payable processing.
  • Facilitate the development and management of the work plan, budget, and schedule.
  • Manage the design, documentation, and construction-phase implementation of the project.
  • Maintain project records and document key decisions within the firm’s standard file structure.
  • Develop and manage risk mitigation plans while monitoring project risks and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate team workload, provide leadership and mentoring, and support a positive team environment.
  • Implement firm processes, best practices, standards, tools, and technology to improve delivery and productivity.
  • Monitor technical quality, enforce QA/QC standards, and coordinate multidisciplinary project efforts.
  • Collaborate with technical leaders, project architects, quality leaders, and legal/business leadership as needed.
  • Participate in business development, contract negotiation, and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a relevant field required.
  • Minimum 6 years of related experience required.
  • Current U.S. licensure or registration preferred.
  • LEED accreditation preferred.
  • Ability to be client-facing with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge and coordination skills, with the ability to build rapport and lead project teams and clients.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision as a fully qualified professional.
  • Familiarity with Revit, Microsoft Office, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam, and other data management software required.
  • Must provide a resume and portfolio when applying.
  • Must complete mandatory training, including compliance training, within required timeframes and follow internal policies and Code of Conduct.
