Description

  • Develop and implement an immersive technology roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve design visualization and experiential storytelling.
  • Evaluate and deploy VR, AR, MR, and 3D visualization platforms and tools.
  • Ensure integration with design software such as Revit, Rhino, and Grasshopper, as well as collaboration platforms.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and trends in immersive technology and visualization.
  • Lead research and development efforts, including pilot workflows and proof-of-concept projects.
  • Build internal capability through training programs and workshops.
  • Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert on immersive tools across the firm.
  • Partner with design teams, practice leaders, and marketing to create immersive client experiences and presentations.
  • Support visualization initiatives tied to computational design and digital storytelling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design Technology, Interactive Media Design, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in immersive technology or visualization within AEC or similar industries.
  • Expertise in VR, AR, and MR platforms and 3D modeling tools.
  • Strong understanding of the AEC industry.
  • Experience with reality capture.
  • Business acumen and ability to execute strategy.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to drive innovation.
  • Experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Resume and portfolio required with application.
  • Must complete mandatory training, including compliance training, within required timeframes and adhere to internal policies and the Code of Conduct.
