Description

  • Conduct persistent outreach to targeted prospects through calls and email.
  • Communicate the company’s value proposition to decision makers and qualify potential sales opportunities.
  • Meet quota for qualified leads.
  • Use prospecting tools to research companies and identify key decision makers.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to help close accounts and accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Contribute to improving the sales development process and ongoing team performance.
  • Use Salesforce for lead and pipeline management as well as sales forecasting.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing, training updates, and process optimization.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of work experience.
  • Must be fluent in Spanish.
  • Prior experience as an SDR is preferred but not required.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, software, or sales is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to adapt easily to new situations and willingness to learn and contribute.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience qualifying leads is preferred.
  • Strong persistence, assertiveness, and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections over the phone.
  • Self-accountability and a consistent drive to exceed weekly goals.
  • Ability to build client relationships and think quickly in live conversations.
