Description

  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on procedural best practices for Calyxo products and related competitive technologies.
  • Synthesize surgeon, sales, clinical, field training, product management, and clinical development feedback to identify and prioritize procedural education needs.
  • Define and maintain standardized procedural narratives, techniques, and value propositions that differentiate the products from competitors.
  • Support the sales team with procedural insights on the CVAC System and ancillary technologies.
  • Own the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of procedural training content and technical documentation.
  • Create scalable training assets such as videos, animations, presentations, digital modules, and clinical collateral.
  • Apply adult learning principles to create practical, role-specific education for clinical users.
  • Create and maintain Instructions for Use documents in collaboration with R&D, Clinical, and Regulatory partners.
  • Define standards and learning objectives for hands-on product demonstrations and validate demo effectiveness with cross-functional partners.
  • Execute high-quality product demonstrations for customers and strategic stakeholders and provide guidance to other demo resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in Professional/Medical Education, Product Management, clinical specialist roles, sales training, or R&D.
  • At least 7 years of experience in the medical device industry.
  • Experience with innovative Class II or Class III medical devices preferred.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex, ambiguous challenges.
  • Ownership mentality with the ability to drive projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Self-motivated with outstanding project and time management skills and a passion for learning and impact.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated field-focused approach through travel with sales reps, workshops, and customer engagement.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30%.
  • Compliance with applicable county, state, and federal vaccination requirements.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
