Description

  • Provide clinical case coverage for CVAC procedures as assigned across the territory, region, or nationally when needed.
  • Proctor cases and train surgical teams on safe and effective device use during procedures.
  • Provide intra-operative clinical product support and assist surgeons with procedure-related needs.
  • Prepare, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment and procedure kits, including conducting quality control audits.
  • Manage account inventory, reconcile usage and missing items, and ensure inventory matches shipping documents.
  • Deliver procedural training to physicians, medical staff, APPs, office staff, and hospital staff.
  • Support account setup, clinical engagement, case support, and clinical outcomes in partnership with the Territory Sales Manager.
  • Support residency education and participate in physician and sales training programs.
  • Maintain current knowledge of perioperative surgical technology practices, hospital policies, and company compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with other Clinical Specialist teams to review case presentations and share best practices.

Requirements

  • Clinical experience in one of the following areas: Scrub Tech, X-Ray Tech, RN or BSN, or Laser Tech.
  • 1-3 years of industry experience for Clinical Specialist II candidates.
  • Prior experience as a Clinical Specialist for a medical device company or with Mobile Litho Provider Companies preferred for Clinical Specialist II.
  • 3+ years of full-time medical device clinical specialist experience with case coverage and patient outcomes required for Sr. Clinical Specialist candidates.
  • Intraoperative coaching experience required for Sr. Clinical Specialist candidates.
  • Fluent in staff and support training in the operating room for Sr. Clinical Specialist candidates.
  • Urology experience preferred for Sr. Clinical Specialist candidates.
  • Experience in surgical technique and sterile procedures in the operating room.
  • Experience using fluoroscopy is a plus.
  • Degree or certification in a medical-related field such as LPN, RN, Surg Tech, or Rad Tech is highly desirable.
  • Ability to provide intraoperative procedural guidance.
  • Comfort with a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Willingness to travel outside the designated territory and travel by car up to 90%.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States and ability to complete employment eligibility verification upon hire.
  • Compliance with county, state, and federal vaccination requirements.

Benefits

  • Total compensation of $100,000-$140,000 annually, including base salary and annual variable bonus.
