Description

  • Support raters in skill development by guiding best practices for accurate and consistent ratings.
  • Facilitate client test rounds and work closely with clients and CEM to understand requirements and quality benchmarks.
  • Understand templates and workflows and cascade quality expectations to the broader raters team.
  • Monitor progress and deliverables to meet client expectations.
  • Coach and mentor raters to improve rating accuracy and decision-making.
  • Ensure annotation selection and gold set creation follow template instructions and peer-driven consensus.
  • Analyze datasets and KPIs to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Use strategic questioning to gather information, strengthen understanding, and support problem-solving.
  • Write client-facing emails, questions, and feedback clearly and appropriately.
  • Conduct independent evaluations and thorough tier 2 reviews to maintain proficiency and identify areas of opportunity.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of rating experience is required.
  • Understanding of data labeling, annotation, and evaluation methodologies is required.
  • Spanish language knowledge is required.
  • English B2 level is required, including oral and written comprehension.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace is required.
  • Understanding of U.S. and local customs and societal norms is required.
  • Ability to evaluate content thoughtfully and understand its societal impact is required.
  • Understanding of survey structures and data collection methodologies is required.
  • Academic background in social sciences or quality roles is a plus.
  • Research skills, including the ability to gather and cross-reference information from online sources, are required.

Benefits

  • Hourly rate of $19.55/hour.
  • Freelance employment with the possibility of full-time extension based on performance and project needs.
  • 30 hours per week with the possibility of extension to 40 hours per week.
