Description

  • Develop and execute end-to-end training and organizational change management strategies for federal digital transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and design tailored curriculum for different stakeholder groups.
  • Lead the design and development of instructional materials such as user guides, webinars, and interactive workshops.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions and workshops using Design Thinking and Business Process Analysis to build organizational buy-in.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex IT and telecommunications concepts into training content for non-technical users.
  • Provide written content and expert guidance for RFI/RFP responses, white papers, and customer briefings related to change adoption.
  • Build trust-based relationships with current and prospective customers to identify mission challenges and align them to Redhorse capabilities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and change initiatives and refine program strategy using data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in management consulting or federal contracting.
  • At least 3 years of experience in training delivery, instructional design, or change management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM) frameworks and Business Process Redesign.
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs for large-scale government IT modernization projects.
  • Strong communication skills with experience leading client-facing briefings and facilitating high-level workshops.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines for proposal and project deliverables.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
  • Professional certifications such as PROSCI, Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), or PMP are preferred.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Design Thinking methodologies and Agile transformation is preferred.
  • Experience supporting business development, including capture strategy and technical writing for proposals, is preferred.
