Description

  • Own internal projects and programs from intake through close-out with minimal direction.
  • Build structured Monday.com plans with phases, tasks, owners, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Break ambiguous requests into actionable tasks, deadlines, and ownership.
  • Track risks, blockers, dependencies, and critical-path milestones.
  • Prepare meeting materials, recaps, agendas, status updates, and correspondence.
  • Maintain operations dashboards, Teams workspaces, SharePoint content, SOPs, templates, and process documentation.
  • Coordinate handoffs and recurring status reviews across functional teams.
  • Use Claude, Copilot, and other AI tools to draft, analyze, automate, and improve operational workflows.
  • Support project or program management work on billable client programs as organizational needs require.

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing projects or programs in professional services, GovCon, grant-funded, or similarly structured environments.
  • Experience building project plans from scratch in Monday.com or a comparable platform.
  • Proven ability to work independently, resolve ambiguity, and drive execution without daily direction.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience or working knowledge of clean transportation, clean energy, sustainability, or mission-driven program delivery.
  • Demonstrated practical use of Claude, Copilot, or similar AI tools, including prompt engineering.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive correspondence, presentations, and meeting leadership.
  • High discretion with confidential information and strong self-management in a fully remote environment.
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma certification, agile PM/PMO experience, executive support experience, or Power BI experience preferred.
