Description

  • Create and edit marketing collateral such as social graphics, ads, email graphics, presentations, infographics, reports, one-pagers, and event materials.
  • Edit and produce short-form video content for campaigns, social media, webinars, internal communications, and promotional initiatives.
  • Develop motion graphics, animated graphics, and simple explainer animations.
  • Assist with maintaining and applying CALSTART brand standards across creative materials.
  • Organize and maintain Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries, templates, video assets, and other shared creative resources.
  • Prepare and optimize creative assets for websites, email marketing, presentations, webinars, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Participate in creative reviews, brainstorming sessions, campaign planning, and team meetings.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and program teams on creative projects.
  • Work with senior designers to build technical skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and a professional portfolio.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Figma, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Demonstrated experience creating graphic design deliverables and editing short-form video content for marketing, social media, and digital communications.
  • Experience creating motion graphics, animated assets, and simple explainer animations.
  • Familiarity with publishing and optimizing video content for YouTube, Vimeo, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to balance traditional graphic design projects with video and multimedia assignments.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced creative environment.
