Description

  • Assist in applying CALSTART’s new visual identity across marketing materials, presentations, templates, digital assets, and other branded communications.
  • Support the ongoing development, organization, and implementation of brand guidelines.
  • Create and update branded templates for PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, reports, one-pagers, email templates, and other collateral.
  • Update and maintain Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries, logos, icons, photography, templates, and other shared creative assets.
  • Contribute to graphic design projects such as social media graphics, email campaigns, presentations, internal communications, and infographics.
  • Review branded materials for consistency, accessibility, formatting, and alignment with visual identity standards.
  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and design critiques.
  • Work with senior designers to develop technical skills and build a professional portfolio.

Requirements

  • Completed at least three years of accredited college or university coursework.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and task management abilities.
  • Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced remote work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize data.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in internal and external teams.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency (preferred).
  • Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a fast-paced in-house creative team (preferred).
