Description

  • Support network design initiatives with accurate documentation and project coordination.
  • Create and maintain network diagrams and supporting project documentation.
  • Read and interpret floor plans, topology diagrams, and related technical materials.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders through written and verbal updates.
  • Ask follow-up questions and escalate issues when necessary to keep work on track.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint, to complete design-related tasks.
  • Work with CRM or project management platforms such as HIVE, Salesforce, or Monday.com as needed.

Requirements

  • Technical background in networking, with exposure to hotel or hospitality network environments preferred.
  • Basic understanding of hospitality network design concepts and associated terminology.
  • Ability to read and interpret floor plans, topology diagrams, and supporting project documentation.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM or project management platforms such as HIVE, Salesforce, Monday.com, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn, ask follow-up questions, and escalate issues when necessary.
