Description

  • Develop copy aligned with briefs, strategic and creative direction, and brand guidelines.
  • Write and review copy for pharmaceutical marketing materials, including brochures, websites, banner ads, and emails.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet stringent deadlines.
  • Collaborate with art and design resources to maintain continuity between copy and visual execution.
  • Apply tone of voice, style, and brand messaging guidelines for client and audience needs.
  • Maintain current knowledge of medical and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate, compliant content.
  • Review sources, develop annotations, create citations, and add references to marketing tactics as needed.
  • Present copy and final deliverables to internal teams.
  • Anticipate and resolve creative challenges proactively.
  • Contribute innovative ideas aligned with brand marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, life sciences, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of copywriting experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and industry trends.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working across departments.
  • Professional work portfolio required for later interview stages.
  • Ability to work remotely in the United States; Eastern time zone preferred.
