Description

  • Create marketing graphics for websites, email campaigns, social media, paid advertising, presentations, brochures, direct mail, posters, and other collateral.
  • Develop creative concepts that follow established brand guidelines.
  • Prepare production-ready files for digital and print applications.
  • Design and update email campaigns in marketing or CMS platforms when needed.
  • Export, organize, and maintain design files according to internal standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, incorporate feedback, and deliver projects on schedule.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across creative deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital, and print design expertise.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, visual hierarchy, and layout.
  • Knowledge of print production, digital design standards, color spaces, image resolution, and file preparation.
  • Experience with Google Workspace or similar cloud collaboration tools.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and accurately under tight deadlines.
  • Comfort collaborating in a remote team environment.
  • Availability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central Time.
  • Preferred: Experience with Figma, motion graphics, animation, basic video editing, social media content, digital advertising, email marketing platforms, CMS tools, or website content management.
