Description

  • Manage email campaign execution and maintain the ongoing campaign calendar.
  • Brief and coordinate campaigns with design and copy partners.
  • Develop audience segmentation and A/B testing strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
  • Lead client-facing strategy discussions and reporting.
  • Provide copywriting and editing support when needed.
  • Collaborate with paid media and CRO teams to align messaging.
  • Own lifecycle email strategy, not just one-off campaign sends.

Requirements

  • Experience managing email marketing in an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle strategy beyond basic email blasts.
  • Comfortable owning client conversations and making recommendations.
  • Ability to test, analyze, and iterate quickly.
  • Experience working alongside creative and performance teams.
  • At least 50 Mbps stable internet connection.
  • Backup internet connection required.
  • Computer with at least 16 GB RAM.
  • Core i5 processor or higher.
  • Perfectly working webcam, microphone, and audio.
  • Organized workstation.
  • Open to candidates from the Republic of the Philippines.
