Description

  • Schedule and lead client calls to gather and document project requirements.
  • Manage and organize project files in Google Drive and Dropbox to keep documents accessible and current.
  • Create and maintain Asana tickets based on client requirements for the design team.
  • Partner with designers and clients to keep creative workflows moving from kickoff through completion.
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure deliverables are completed on time and to quality standards.
  • Translate client needs into clear, actionable tasks for internal teams.
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and expectation management.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience working with creative teams, especially designers, in a project management role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to translate client needs into detailed tasks.
  • Experience using Asana, Google Drive, Dropbox, and other project management platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client management.
  • Comfort managing multiple client projects at the same time.
  • At least 50 Mbps stable internet connection.
  • Back-up internet connection.
  • At least 8 GB RAM and a Core i5 or higher processor.
  • Perfectly working webcam, microphone, and audio.
  • Organized workstation.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers and project managers.
  • Commitment to personal and professional growth and staying updated on industry trends.
