Description

  • Own end-to-end technical delivery for enterprise client engagements from initial scoping through integration, testing, and production deployment.
  • Build production-grade integrations and custom tooling across on-prem, air-gapped, and hybrid environments.
  • Diagnose and resolve integration issues across diverse enterprise technology stacks.
  • Serve as the first technical point of contact when critical deployment issues arise.
  • Embed with enterprise accounts and manage the technical relationship from first deployment through scale.
  • Feed product and engineering teams with field insights and recurring patterns from customer deployments.
  • Help define the delivery standards and technical patterns for a scaling Forward Deployed Engineering function.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in a Forward Deployed, Solutions Engineering, or technical delivery role.
  • Experience in enterprise security, AI, or complex SaaS is preferred.
  • Strong Python and/or TypeScript skills with the ability to write production-quality code.
  • Solid grounding in REST APIs, OAuth2, SAML, SSO, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Experience shipping into enterprise environments and understanding common integration failure points.
  • Ability to communicate credibly with both CISOs and security engineers.
  • Experience with AI security, LLMs, or agentic AI frameworks in a production context is a significant advantage.
