Description

  • Identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers through outbound outreach.
  • Set up well-qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Focus on generating quality pipeline through meaningful conversations rather than high-volume activity.
  • Handle objections and conduct real-time conversations with prospects.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and improve targeting.
  • Continuously improve outbound effectiveness through feedback and iteration.
  • Manage outreach and follow-up in an organized, process-oriented way.

Requirements

  • Ability to think clearly and structure conversations effectively.

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles preferred.
