Description

  • Serve as the senior accounting lead across multiple clients, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with expectations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client operations, transaction flows, financial drivers, and reporting structures.
  • Identify and manage deviations between client processes and company standards, and determine appropriate solutions.
  • Lead client discussions to present financials, explain variances, and provide actionable insights.
  • Advise clients on process improvements, controls, and best practices.
  • Oversee the accounting cycle and close process across teams, including review of financial statements, reconciliations, and complex accounting areas.
  • Identify risks, irregularities, and inefficiencies, and resolve or escalate them as appropriate.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Accounting Managers and offshore teams.
  • Evaluate workflows and team performance to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on systemic issues and implement long-term solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant accounting.
  • Advanced accounting expertise, including full-cycle oversight, complex reconciliations, and financial statement review focused on risk and anomalies.
  • Exceptional client management and communication skills, including presenting financials and advising on process improvements.
  • Strong judgment, ownership, and follow-through with the ability to operate independently.
  • Process optimization mindset with the ability to improve workflows and support scalable, standardized operations.
  • Strong organizational and oversight skills to manage multiple clients, teams, and priorities.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; work sponsorship is not available for this role.
