Description

  • Administer and support Salesforce user setup, profiles, roles, custom fields, validation rules, page layouts, flows, and custom objects.
  • Design, build, test, and implement new and modified Salesforce functionality, workflows, and custom-built solutions using declarative and code-based approaches.
  • Document project plans, requirements, technical documentation, and changes needed for QA testing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business teams, stakeholders, marketing, sales, and Salesforce teams.
  • Support and manage existing applications and third-party systems connected to Salesforce.
  • Track expectations and communicate project status and progress internally.
  • Analyze data and support data-driven decision making for sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain strong documentation and handle other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Remote work must be based in the UK only; work sponsorship is not available for this role.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator is required.
  • Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator is preferred.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
  • Proficiency in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and data integration tools.
  • Experience using ETL tools, Data Loader, and Salesforce data loading/mapping workflows.
  • Experience in the design, development, and implementation of CRM platforms.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Heroku is a plus.
  • Experience with Conga is a strong plus.
  • Experience with Data Cloud, Field Service, Service Cloud, and Case Management is a plus.
  • Experience working in hyper-growth or heavy acquisition environments is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
