Description

  • Manage administrative and analytical workflows for complex vendor deals, including data integrity and documentation.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for existing clients and address service issues, growth opportunities, and retention risks.
  • Prepare, clean, and organize customer spend data and utilization reports.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to improve use of Prime Source programs and contracts.
  • Support vendor analysis and purchasing data collection for negotiations and pricing strategy.
  • Provide data-driven support for RFPs, bids, vendor negotiations, and internal pricing analysis.
  • Participate in customer implementations and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate projects, documentation, customer follow-ups, and multi-stakeholder workflows.
  • Reduce the CRO’s administrative workload through proactive ownership of analytical tasks.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer success, sales operations, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Experience with spend data, vendor contracts, or procurement analytics preferred.
  • Exposure to RFP or bid processes and B2B customer management preferred.
  • Proficiency in data organization, spend analysis, and reporting tools such as Excel.
  • Ability to coordinate complex workflows and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with comfort working with leadership and clients.
  • Experience in client-facing roles with a proactive, service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fluid, high-growth environment.
  • Strong attention to detail in data handling, reporting, and documentation; work sponsorship is unavailable.
