Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage client relationships end to end.
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for assigned clients with consistent process execution.
  • Manage and review the monthly close process to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and analyze client P&Ls and investigate variances to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Communicate financial results, respond to client questions, and manage expectations around timelines and scope.
  • Oversee offshore team output, delegate recurring tasks, and provide direction and feedback.
  • Track, document, and communicate status updates, decisions, and next steps across internal and client teams.
  • Identify, document, escalate, and resolve issues related to data, processes, or workflow inefficiencies.
  • Maintain SOPs, workflow tools, and internal systems to support scalable, repeatable processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA preferred but not required.
  • Strong accounting expertise, including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement analysis.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to review work, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy.
  • Effective client communication skills with the ability to explain financial results and manage expectations.
  • Strong ownership mindset with consistent follow-through on deliverables, timelines, and open items.
  • Ability to lead, delegate, and review work across teams, including offshore resources.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive resolution.
  • Process-oriented mindset with experience improving workflows, maintaining SOPs, and supporting scalable operations.
  • Must be located in the U.S. and authorized to work without sponsorship.
