Description

  • Process end-to-end U.S. payroll and assist with international payroll activities.
  • Analyze payroll data, investigate discrepancies, and resolve complex issues within established timelines.
  • Validate earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, tax levies, and one-time payments for accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform gross-to-net, payroll tax, and time-to-payroll reconciliations.
  • Manage off-cycle payrolls, payroll adjustments, terminations, and final pay compliance.
  • Administer, test, troubleshoot, and enhance Workday Payroll and Time Tracking.
  • Support quarterly and year-end activities, including W-2 processing, audits, and regulatory reporting.
  • Respond to employee and manager payroll inquiries while providing strong customer service.
  • Develop payroll documentation, SOPs, reports, and audit records.
  • Identify automation and continuous improvement opportunities and support cross-functional payroll projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, including 3+ years using Workday payroll modules.
  • Strong expertise in U.S. payroll tax compliance and wage-and-hour requirements.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and database creation.
  • Strong report writing, data analysis, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing complexity in a global payroll environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
  • Ability to build cross-cultural partnerships in a dynamic global workplace.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Base salary of $80,000–$84,000 per year.
