Description

  • Prepare, compile, and submit complete reduction request documentation accurately and on time.
  • Negotiate with medical providers to secure favorable bill reductions on behalf of clients.
  • Monitor the status of each request and follow up consistently to confirm receipt and processing.
  • Maintain detailed records of reduction activity, provider responses, negotiation notes, and final outcomes.
  • Track distributions of funds sent to the firm from reductions and follow up as needed.
  • Provide clients with timely updates and respond to questions or concerns professionally.
  • Collaborate with legal, billing, and client services teams to coordinate case resolution.
  • Support cross-functional projects and other internal needs as required.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Previous experience in medical billing, healthcare negotiations, or client services is preferred.
  • Previous experience working with a U.S. firm is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills are required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively is required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems is required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally is required.
  • Knowledge of healthcare billing systems or legal procedures related to medical liens or claims is preferred.
  • Experience negotiating with providers or third-party payers is preferred.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
