Description

  • Handle incoming calls from clients involved in auto accidents and gather essential case information.
  • Communicate legal processes and firm services clearly to prospective clients.
  • Collect, document, and organize client details to support attorney case evaluation.
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining responsiveness to urgent client needs.
  • Update electronic systems and track client data accurately using Excel and related tools.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal standards.
  • Provide administrative support to legal professionals as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation and organization of legal documents.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to support smooth case progression.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college coursework is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a legal environment or customer service/intake role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Familiarity with case management software is a plus.
  • A compassionate demeanor and genuine desire to assist clients in need are required.
